Gymi Pro
A paid monthly subscription that provides unlimited personalized workouts, AI health coaching, health data integration, and notifications. Billing is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other physical harm. By using Gymi, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with following the workout plans and recommendations generated by the App. You are solely responsible for exercising within your physical limits.

All content, design, code, and AI-generated workout plans produced by Gymi are the property of Petruccelli Labs or its licensors. Workout plans generated for you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
Gymi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petruccelli Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
